Education ERP 2.0 UI/UX

Job ID: 40100957

Budget: ₹75,000 – ₹150,000 INR

I have mapped out an Education ERP 2.0 and now need a clean, interactive UI/UX concept that proves the idea can scale while staying student-friendly. The brief is simple: improving the user experience for students sits at the very center of this prototype, so every pixel of the student journey must feel intuitive, personalized, and instantly informative.

Scope
• Core screens: login, student dashboard, admin dashboard, attendance, and fees.
• Student dashboard priorities: easy navigation that even first-time users can’t get lost in, content blocks that adapt to the individual, and real-time status on attendance, dues, and alerts.
• Style: modern, distraction-free, and light on cognitive load.
• Architecture: components and grids that can expand pain-free when new modules roll in for teachers and administrators later.

Deliverables
1. High-fidelity mock-ups or a clickable prototype in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
2. A short component library (colors, typography, buttons, cards) so future screens can be spun up quickly.
3. A walkthrough or loom video that explains interaction logic and dashboard hierarchy.

Acceptance criteria
• A student should reach any primary task—check attendance, view fees, or open a class resource—in no more than three clicks.
• Dashboard widgets update in real time during prototype simulation.
• All copy is legible at 100 % zoom on a 13-inch screen.

Once the prototype passes these checks, we will look at extending the same design language to teacher and admin modules, but for now let’s make the student experience flawless.
