C# Dynamic Button Typing Tool

I'm looking for a C# developer to create a Windows application that uses a .dat file to manage text strings. The application should allow users to create buttons that, when clicked, type out the text strings stored in the .dat file.
Key Features Needed:
- Ability to dynamically update the .dat file
- Create and manage buttons that type text strings from the .dat file
- Organize buttons into categories using a drop-down menu
- Configure button layout based on screen resolution, including columns and rows
