UI/UX Developer for SaaS Platform Scalability

We are looking for a highly skilled UI/UX Developer to join our team and help improve and scale our SaaS platform, iTrack.

iTrack is a logistics and transport management system used by companies to manage jobs, drivers, pricing, and multi-company workflows.

This is not a basic design role — we are looking for someone who can deeply understand application logic, work with existing code, and significantly improve the user experience.

Key Requirements:
- Strong experience with React.js (or similar modern frontend frameworks)
- Excellent UI/UX design skills with a focus on clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces
- Ability to read, understand, and debug existing codebases
- Strong problem-solving skills (must be able to identify and fix UX and logic issues)
- Experience working on SaaS or dashboard-style applications
- Attention to detail and ability to improve workflows and usability

Responsibilities:
- Improve and redesign existing UI components and pages
- Analyse current workflows and suggest UX improvements
- Work with backend and existing logic (not just design)
- Debug UI issues and optimise performance
- Build new features with a clean and scalable design

Nice to Have:
- Experience with Tailwind / modern UI libraries
- Experience with role-based dashboards
- Experience with real-time systems or operational platforms

Important:
This role requires someone who can think beyond visuals — you must understand how the system works and improve it holistically.
