Developer Interviewer Needed
Budget: ₹400 – ₹750 INR
I need an experienced technical professional who can step in as an external interviewer and help my organization vet candidates across four roles: UI/UX, Angular, Java, and full-stack development. For each role I expect between one and five interviews, so the total volume is manageable but every conversation must be thorough and insightful.
What I’m after is a partner who can:
• Run each live interview (video or phone—whatever works best for both you and the candidate).
• Probe both technical depth and problem-solving approach, while also touching on communication and teamwork.
• Deliver a concise written assessment immediately afterward that highlights strengths, red flags, and a clear hire/no-hire recommendation.
