Desktop App UX Review
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
We need a UI/UX designer to review a Windows desktop app workflow.
The main issue is how the app shows status after user actions. Users can get confused about whether something was saved, still syncing, or affected by a connection problem.
For this first task, I need a short UX review with practical suggestions:
- what status message should appear first
- how to separate saved, syncing, and connection states
- where the current flow may feel unclear
- simple copy or UI suggestions we can give to developers
This is not a full redesign. We just need clear, practical feedback on the workflow and user trust around these states.
