UI/UX Designer needed

I'm looking for a skilled UI/UX designer with experience in developing interfaces for edutech ERP and B2B ecommerce systems to create a cohesive and intuitive application theme.
Key Requirements:
- Primarily focus on ERP functionality.
- Cater to Administrators and Employees roles.
- Key functionalities: Dashboard and analytics, CRUD operations, Reporting tools.
Ideal Skills:
- Strong portfolio in ERP and ecommerce UI/UX.
- Expertise in UX best practices.
- Proficiency in design tools (Sketch, Figma, etc.).
- Experience in user research and usability testing.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
