UI/UX Designer for AI SaaS Platform

NovaIA is developing a SaaS platform that enables both technical and non-technical users to create, configure, and deploy AI agents. The goal is to deliver a clear, smooth, and distinctive user experience in a market that is still young and complex.
The expected deliverables include:
* Wireframes and user flows
* High-fidelity UI mockups in Figma
* Interactive prototype
* A documented design system ready to be used by developers
The assignment will cover the end-to-end design of the interface, including:
* The agent creation and configuration journey, from a simple form to a visual workflow/node-based builder
* The conversational interface, including chat and real-time agent testing
* The monitoring dashboard, covering usage, logs, and agent performance
* Onboarding and first steps for new users
* The design system and reusable component library
Profile
We are looking for a Product UI/UX Designer with:
* Proven experience in SaaS / B2B product design, not only marketing or showcase websites
* Strong ability to design complex interfaces, including dashboards, builders, data-heavy screens, and multiple states
* Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, and auto-layout, with the ability to deliver a complete design system
* An interest in AI and no-code tools; previous experience designing tools, automation products, or data products is a strong plus
* Autonomy, the ability to challenge requirements, and a proactive approach to proposing solutions rather than simply executing tasks
