UX/UI Designer for PropTech SaaS Platform DrawFlow
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
We are building a lender-grade PropTech SaaS platform called DrawFlow, focused on construction draw management, AI-driven inspections, and automated CMA reporting for real estate projects, and we’re seeking a highly experienced UX/UI designer to elevate the product into a refined, professional, and scalable design system. This is not a marketing website redesign — it is a complex, data-heavy workflow platform used by lenders and developers, so we need someone who understands how to design clean, structured, high-performance SaaS interfaces with strong information hierarchy, intuitive navigation, and thoughtful interaction patterns. The goal is to create a sleek, modern, and highly functional experience (similar in feel to Stripe, Linear, or modern fintech dashboards), while keeping the interface minimal, clear, and trustworthy. The scope includes redesigning borrower and lender dashboards, the itemized draw submission workflow, a mobile-first guided inspection experience, and CMA reporting screens, along with building a cohesive Figma-based design system that can scale as features grow. We are looking for a designer with proven experience in complex B2B or fintech-style platforms, strong UX thinking beyond visuals, and the ability to transform product logic into elegant, usable workflows. Please share your portfolio, relevant SaaS work, and a brief overview of how you approach designing structured, data-driven applications.
