UI/UX Designer for E-Commerce Growth Projects

We’re a performance marketing agency on a mission to scale some of Europe’s most exciting e-commerce brands. We partner with clients on a retainer basis, driving measurable growth through conversion-focused design and digital advertising.
Now, we’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who thrives at the intersection of beautiful design and data-driven performance.
What you’ll do:
Design and refine high-converting e-commerce experiences.
Create creative ads for Meta, YouTube, and Google Display (video and image ads).
Develop or refine brand guidelines and visual identity (graphic manual & imagery style).
Collaborate closely with our marketing and CRO specialists to boost ROI.
Translate customer insights into A/B test ideas and implement improvements.
Bonus points if you:
Have experience as an Art Director.
Can roll up your sleeves in HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
Work hands-on with tools like Varify.io (or similar) to design and launch A/B tests.
Have a strong eye for CRO and analytics.
Know your way around heatmaps, funnels, and session recordings.
Can produce image and video assets using AI tools.

Equally comfortable crafting beautiful UI and iterating based on performance data.
