The platform will allow **celebrities, influencers, and public figures** (actors, sportspeople, leaders, creators, etc.) to:
* Claim or create their **public profiles**
* Manage content: photos, videos, updates, bios
* Track **fan engagement**: views, votes, reviews, comments
* Share their mission, achievements, and social presence
* Access a **dashboard panel** for analytics and publishing
* Subscribe to **premium plans** for extended profile features
Meanwhile, **visitors** will be able to:
* Discover celebrities in various regions or categories
* View detailed public profiles
* Vote, rate, and compare personalities
* Create their own **visitor profile**
* Save favorites and leave public comments
