We are building a confidential, AI-driven SaaS product ecosystem focused on:
Workforce orchestration & intelligent workflows
Talent, jobs & career experience
Data-heavy dashboards & analytics
The ecosystem consists of multiple interconnected platforms, each serving different user personas but sharing a unified UX and design system.
We are operating in stealth mode, so product names, internal architecture, and AI logic will remain confidential until onboarding.
What You Will Design
Enterprise-grade SaaS web interfaces
Role-based dashboards (admin, business, user)
Workflow-driven UX (orchestration, hiring, analytics)
Clean, scalable, system-first UI
Unified design language across multiple products

Low & high-fidelity wireframes
High-quality UI designs using Figma
Dashboard UX for analytics & operations
Design system (components, typography, colors)

User onboarding & authentication flows
Admin & analytics dashboards
Workflow & orchestration views
Profile, role & permission screens
Required Skills
3+ years of professional UI/UX experience
Strong expertise in Figma
Experience with SaaS / B2B platforms
Dashboard & data-intensive UX experience
Strong UX thinking & product mindset
Ability to collaborate directly with founders & engineers
Nice to Have
Experience with AI, HRTech, Workforce, Analytics, or SaaS products
Familiarity with design systems (Material UI, Ant Design, etc.)
Accessibility & usability best practices
Understanding of frontend constraints
