UI/UX Designer (Figma + AI + Motion/Animation) — Gay dating App Designer Needed

We are looking for a top-tier creative UI/UX designer who can design modern, premium, emotionally engaging mobile app interfaces — not template work.

You must be someone who understands psychology-driven design, micro-interactions, and visual storytelling.

This is NOT a basic wireframe job.
We want a designer who thinks like a product designer + brand designer + motion designer.

Smooth user flows & UX thinking

Micro-interactions & animation concepts

Lottie / Rive / motion guidance for developers

AI-assisted creative exploration (Midjourney / Firefly / other tools)

Dark mode + modern gradients + glass / depth / lighting

Onboarding psychology & engagement patterns

You MUST Have Experience In

Mobile app product design (real apps — not just landing pages)

Design systems & scalability

UX decisions (not just visuals)

Animation thinking (delightful transitions)

Gamification or social app UX (BIG PLUS)

Bonus Skills (Highly Preferred)

Experience designing Dating / Social / Community apps

Knowledge of user retention psychology

Experience working with developers

Understanding Flutter constraints

Experience designing for Gen-Z audience
