Designer UX/UI Figma

Job ID: 39566811

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

Summary
About Us
We connect brokers and lenders in real time, enabling faster, better-informed dealmaking. We're a fast-moving, founder-led startup solving real problems with real impact—and design plays a key role in that mission.

The Role: Product Designer (Full-Time)
We're seeking a highly motivated Product Designer to join our small, fast-paced team. You'll be responsible for crafting clean, intuitive user experiences across our web application—from refining core product flows to launching new features.

This role reports directly to the product owner. You'll be expected to take full ownership of your work. We’ll provide context and clear goals—you’ll turn them into smart, effective design solutions quickly.

Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end design tasks, from concept to implementation

Translate product requirements into clear, intuitive designs

Identify and advocate for opportunities to improve the user experience

Work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality

Collaborate closely with product and engineering in a lean, iterative workflow

Contribute to the evolution of our design system and visual language

What We're Looking For:

You work independently and take full responsibility for outcomes—not just outputs

You don’t wait for instructions; you identify gaps and take initiative

You thrive in ambiguity and enjoy solving complex UX challenges

You value feedback and care deeply about craft

You’re committed to learning and growing as a designer and teammate

You bring grit, adaptability, and a startup mindset

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in product or UI/UX design (SaaS or startup experience preferred)

A strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful, user-centered digital product work

Proficiency in Figma, with fast iteration skills

Solid grasp of design principles, usability, and responsive design

Comfortable working full-time in a remote, async-friendly environment

Nice to Have:

Experience designing for fintech, real estate, or B2B platforms
