UI/UX Designer – Design System & Style Guide (Hospital Management System)
Budget: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 INR
Weʼre looking for a UI/UX designer to create a simple design system and style guide for our Hospital Management System (HMS) portal. The focus is on UI consistency and global styling, not designing every page from scratch. Work will be done in Figma, using Shadcn UI components as the base.
Responsibilities
1. Define global styles (colors, typography, shadows, radius, spacing tokens).
2. Build a mini design system / style guide with components, spacing, states, and interactions.
3. Ensure theming consistency (light mode), accessibility (contrast, focus states), and responsiveness.
4. Refine key Shadcn components (cards, tables, forms, sheets) to fit HMS needs.
5. Design login, forgot password, and reset password pages. Deliver clear developer handoff documentation and assets.
Requirements
1. Experience creating design systems and component libraries.
2. Familiarity with Shadcn UI / TailwindCSS (or similar).
3. Strong eye for typography, color, and spacing.
4. Experience with design tokens and documentation.
5. Background in enterprise dashboards / portals preferred.
Deliverables
1. Figma style guide (design tokens, documentation).
2. Updated component references aligned with HMS branding.
3. Screens for login, reset, and forgot password pages.
4. Recommendations for color palette, typography, spacing, and states.
