R&D - DesignOps Manager

An international firm is looking for a DesignOps Manager to be part of the UX Chapter Team. The candidate should have more than 5 years of experience as Designer and have already worked as a DesignOps Manager in the past 2 years. The individual in this role will be the guardian of the design process and design culture among other researchers and designers, working closely with teams across the entire organization.
JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work closely with UX managers to define and document design processes as well as onboarding processes in the design team.
Work closely with UX and UI designers, allocated in multiple squads, to spread the company and ux team culture.
Work closely with product owners and product managers to understand their needs and the design team allocation.
Establish, maintain and promote UX / UI design guidelines, best practices and standards.
Promote design metrics and results.
Strong understanding of research, the product development lifecycle and UX design process.
Keep up with and educate the team about new or changing processes, methods and trends.
Analyze information from multiple resources including consumer trends, competitors, user experience labs, search and social activity to bring improvements and strategies to both current design and processes.
Combine data-driven and user-centric methodologies for better results.
DEPARTMENTS THIS POSITION INTERACTS WITH:
The chapter will be formed by a multidisciplinary design team, with DesignOps, "&"UX Content, UX Research, UX Design and Design System.
