UI/UX Design Specialist
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
You’ll step in as our dedicated UI/UX expert, bringing at least six years of hands-on experience and the confidence to own the full design cycle for both web and mobile products. I have already moved past conceptualization and wireframing; interactive prototypes are in place and now need to be refined, validated, and polished into development-ready assets.
My process is research-driven, with a particular emphasis on user interviews and usability testing, so you should feel comfortable planning and conducting those sessions, interpreting findings, and folding the insights back into elegant design solutions. Expect to collaborate closely with me and the engineering team to translate requirements into intuitive layouts, consistent component libraries, and responsive, accessible interfaces.
Key things you will handle:
• Evolve existing prototypes into high-fidelity visuals, motion specs, and redlines
• Maintain a scalable design system that works seamlessly across breakpoints
• Validate each iteration through moderated usability tests and quick feedback loops
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
