Design Intuitive BI SaaS Interface

I need a UI/UX overhaul for the Business-Intelligence module of my SaaS platform. The current screens do the job, but they feel dated and make it hard for users to discover insights quickly. I’m after a clean, modern interface that shortens the learning curve, surfaces key metrics at a glance, and feels just as smooth on a 13-inch laptop as it does on a large desktop monitor.

You’ll start by reviewing short video walkthroughs of the existing flows and a set of anonymized customer feedback notes I’ll share. From there, I’d like low-fidelity wireframes to confirm layout decisions, then high-fidelity mock-ups in Figma (Sketch or Adobe XD is fine if you prefer). A clickable prototype for stakeholder demos will help us test the new journey before development.

To keep hand-off painless for the engineers, please package the final styles (colors, typography, spacing, iconography) into a concise component library and document states for common data-visualization elements—tables, charts, filters, and drill-downs.
