Custom Front-End with Unique UI/UX for PHP Hosting Platform

I'm looking for a front-end designer/developer to create a complete, modern, and unique UI/UX for a domain and hosting provider platform.
The back-end is already developed in PHP, so you’ll work only on the front-end.
Requirements:
Full front-end for:
-Homepage (with domain search)
-Domain search result page
-Hosting plans page
-Email services page
-Domain transfer page
-Login & Sign-Up pages
-Full user dashboard (domain, email, hosting, billing management, etc)
Must be:
-Fully responsive (mobile + desktop)
-Built with clean, modular code
-Designed with excellent UX – intuitive, smooth, and professional
-Template-based: we should be able to switch between front-end themes/templates easily in the future with minimal changes.
