Cross-Platform WebView Calculator App

Job ID: 40155396

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I would like someone to wrap our existing responsive website into a lightweight Android and iOS application. The site already contains all the HTML, CSS and JavaScript that drive our calculators and related informational pages, so the job is essentially to present that content inside a WebView, add a polished layer of native feel, and guide it through both stores.

The calculators and tools, together with their supporting articles, are the core of the app; everything else can remain exactly as it works on the web. I do, however, want a bottom navigation bar so users can jump quickly between the main calculator screen, the information hub, and any future sections we add. Push notifications are required—simple broadcast messages that I can trigger through Firebase Cloud Messaging on Android and the equivalent APNs route on iOS will be sufficient.

Branding matters. Please include a professionally designed app icon, splash screen and colour palette consistent with our current site. No server-side coding is needed, but I do expect basic performance tuning such as sensible caching rules, smooth scrolling and graceful handling of connectivity drops.

When everything is running flawlessly, I will need help preparing the listings and uploading the builds to both the Google Play Console and Apple App Store Connect.

Deliverables
• Clean, well-commented source code for the chosen cross-platform framework
• Signed AAB/APK for Android and IPA/TestFlight build for iOS
• Branded assets (icon, splash, colour constants)
• Step-by-step deployment notes plus brief developer documentation
• Store-submission assistance until both listings are live and approved

Acceptance criteria: calculators mirror current web behaviour, push notifications arrive on both platforms, bottom navigation operates without glitches, and the apps pass store review on the first attempt.
