Cross-Platform Stress-Relief App

Job ID: 40570623

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I’m building a mobile experience that pairs with today’s most popular wearables to help users recognise, track and actively reduce daily stress. The core phone app must run smoothly on both iOS and Android, while companion functionality should connect to Apple Watch (watchOS), Samsung Galaxy Watch (Wear OS), and Fitbit devices.

Inside the app, users will:
• follow guided breathing exercises paced by haptic or audio cues from the watch
• tap into short, voice-led meditation sessions that can launch directly on the wrist or hand off to the phone
• view real-time and historical stress metrics pulled from heart-rate, HRV or any equivalent sensor available on each brand

I need clean, modern UI/UX, secure pairing flows, and accurate sensor integration that respects each manufacturer’s guidelines (HealthKit, Samsung Health, Fitbit Web API, etc.). Feel free to suggest the most efficient cross-platform stack—React Native, Flutter or native splits—so long as performance on the watches stays snappy.

Deliverables
• Full source code for the iOS/Android apps and watch companions
• Documentation covering build steps, API keys and how to extend meditation or breathing content
• A short test plan plus builds I can install on physical devices for acceptance

If you’ve shipped multi-watch health apps before, especially those using real-time heart-rate data, I’d love to hear how you’d approach this and what timelines you foresee.
