Crisis-Era Supply Chain management Design

I need a design solution for managing the supply chain during a crisis scenario. This project revolves around a case where a machine breakdown at a leading CPG company's manufacturing site has hindered the production of a high-demand product, thereby creating a service risk for the company.

The primary focus of the design solution is minimizing production downtime. This is crucial in maintaining the flow of supply and preventing a service risk.

The strategy we need to explore is the implementation of real-time monitoring systems. These systems would help in tracking the machine's status continuously and identifying potential issues before they escalate into larger problems.
