Corporate Invoice Email Redesign
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I need our existing invoice-notification email rebuilt from the ground up so it looks polished, trustworthy and fully on brand. The current HTML is dated and non-responsive; after your overhaul it should render flawlessly in Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail and the major mobile clients.
Scope of work
• Re-design the layout in a clean, corporate and formal style that reflects a professional finance document.
• Code a single, standalone HTML file with inline CSS and mobile-first media queries; no external assets apart from the logo image placeholder.
• Insert clearly defined areas for our company logo, an invoice summary table (items, totals, due date) and a concise contact-information block.
• Optimise typography, spacing and colour hierarchy so key figures stand out while still matching our brand palette.
- Add proper pagination or structured formatting for product lists, so invoices with many items look clean and well-organized.
- Ensure the template is easy to update with dynamic data placeholders (e.g., invoice number, date, customer name, products, totals).
Acceptance criteria
1. Valid, lightweight HTML that passes major spam-filter checks and WCAG AA contrast requirements.
2. Responsive layout stacks neatly at 600 px and below.
3. All visual elements visible with images off; meaningful alt text supplied.
4. Delivered as one HTML file plus a brief hand-off note outlining where to swap in live data (logo URL, invoice variables, contact info).
