Corporate CRM Dashboard UI/UX
Budget: $250 – $300 USD
I’m building a custom CRM and need a full Admin Dashboard designed in Figma with a polished, corporate look that makes day-to-day work fast and intuitive. The top priority is improving user efficiency, so each screen should surface key information quickly, keep navigation friction-free, and present data in a way that helps users act, not hunt.
You’ll have creative freedom on the palette because we don’t have fixed brand colors yet; just keep the tone professional and consistent across all components. I do need the typography, spacing, and overall visual language to align with modern web-app best practices so development can move straight from Figma to code.
Core screens to be delivered:
• Dashboard Overview – high-level KPIs, activity feed, quick stats
• Timesheet – start/stop timer, daily/weekly views, export options
• Ticket Management – list, status badges, priorities, assignment flow
• Chat System – channel & direct messages with message states
• Video Meet – upcoming meetings, join links, calendar integration placeholders
• My Tasks – kanban/list toggle, priority flags, due dates
• File Management – upload drag-and-drop, preview, share controls
• Meeting Center – calendar grid, invite modal, meeting details pane
• Reminders – alert center, snooze/dismiss patterns
I’d like the Figma file organized with components, variants, and auto-layout so our devs can reuse patterns easily. Responsive layouts (desktop first, with guidance for tablet) are essential. Feel free to leverage common UI kits as long as the final look remains cohesive and unmistakably ours.
When you send your proposal, briefly outline your approach to translating efficiency goals into design decisions and share a link to one comparable dashboard you’ve done.
