Complete UI/UX Redesign for Marketplace & Recruitment Platform
Budget: €750 – €1,500 EUR
We are looking for a UI/UX designer to completely redesign a complex, service-based marketplace & recruitment platform, with a strong focus on trust, premium feel, and usability.
This is not a small landing page project. The platform already exists and is fully functional, but the current design does not meet the desired quality level. Your task is a full visual and structural overhaul, not minor tweaks.
The product, called My-Master, is a multi-role ecosystem consisting of:
1. Marketplace
- Clients post Demands (what they need)
- Companies post Offers (services they provide)
- Two-way interaction with filtering, promotions, and messaging
2. Recruitment / Job Board (Public)
- Companies post job ads
- Public access (even without login)
- Clear application flow for workers
3. Premium SOS Feature
- High-priority emergency service
- Guaranteed response within 1 hour
- Available only to premium subscribers
- Must feel urgent, reliable, and protected from accidental use
Target Users
1. Client (Requester)
- Browses offers and jobs
- Creates and manages demands
- Uses premium SOS feature
2. Company (Provider / Employer)
- Creates service offers
- Responds to client demands
- Posts job ads
3. Admin
- Manages categories, listings, promotions

- Dashboards (Client & Company)
- Subscription & upgrade flows
- Messaging / chat UI
- SOS flow (trigger → confirmation → tracking)

- Marketplace browsing
- Demand management (CRUD)
- Premium SOS access (1–2 taps)
- Chat & notifications
- Profile, subscription & payment screens
- Bottom navigation & native gestures

- Mobile-first mindset (especially for SOS and browsing)
- High-trust, premium visual language
- Clear information hierarchy for complex flows
- Strong UX thinking (empty states, loading states, error/success feedback)
- Scalable design system (components, typography, colors, spacing)
- Figma best practices (auto-layout, components, variants, organized pages)
