Commercegate Mobile App UI/UX Designer

Job ID: 40350281

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

We are building Commercegate, a next-generation mobile application for students preparing for professional exams such as CA, CS, CMA, and CFA, and this is not a typical ed-tech app but a daily-use, habit-forming learning platform designed to feel engaging like a game, smooth like a lifestyle app, and structured like a professional learning system; the design inspiration comes from modern apps that use soft UI, card-based layouts, gamification, and emotion-driven design, and the final output must closely match the provided reference screens in terms of visual style, spacing, UI components, and overall experience while adapting it to an education context; we are not looking for a basic UI designer but someone who deeply understands mobile-first UX, can replicate and extend an existing design system consistently, has experience in gamified or habit-forming apps, thinks in complete user flows rather than isolated screens, and knows how to design for engagement and retention, and candidates who create generic dashboards, fail to maintain spacing consistency, redesign each screen differently, or lack understanding of mobile UX patterns should not apply; the ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio of modern mobile apps, experience with clean and soft UI systems similar to apps like Calm or Headspace, a good grasp of card hierarchy, visual balance, and micro-interactions, and proficiency in Figma with Auto Layout and component-based systems; the project scope includes complete mobile UI/UX design covering approximately 18 to 25 screens including onboarding (splash, course selection, level selection, personalization loader, login/signup), home dashboard (with greeting, date selector, motivational card, quick actions, subjects, and daily tasks), practice module (practice mode selection, MCQ gameplay, match the pair, drag and drop, and results), AI answer writing module (writing interface, submission confirmation, evaluation report), revision feature (swipe-based concept cards), discover section (banners, tips, trending content, and test series), profile section (user stats, achievements, and progress tracking), and a navigation system with bottom tabs and a floating action button; the user flow starts with onboarding and personalization, moves to a customized dashboard, continues into practice and revision, includes answer writing and evaluation, and encourages users to track progress and return daily, making repeat engagement a core goal; the design should feel soft, modern, motivating, clean, and highly consistent, with strict adherence to the reference UI in layout structure, card design, spacing, and navigation patterns, and deliverables must include a complete Figma file with mobile-ready screens, a reusable component-based design system, proper use of Auto Layout, and a clean, well-structured file, as this is a medium-to-high complexity project intended to build a product that users will interact with every day, where the design must not only look good but also feel smooth, intuitive, and habit-forming.
