Clinic Portal Dashboard Redesign

Our in-house clinic portal has grown into a full enterprise-grade management suite, yet the dashboard shell still looks and feels dated. I want a complete visual overhaul—header, side bar, and every pixel of the main screen—so the interface matches the power underneath.

Core context
• Purpose: an end-to-end clinic management system
• Primary users right now: Doctors (with future roles to follow)

Key modules that must remain front-and-center in the new layout:
• Billing & invoicing
• Patient records
• Appointment scheduling

What I need from you
1. A modern, responsive design system that can scale with additional modules and user roles.
2. Final deliverables in layered design files ready for hand-off to our developers (Figma).
3. Basic style guide covering colours, typography, icons and reusable components so future screens stay consistent.

Acceptance criteria
• Navigation is intuitive for doctors working under time pressure—no hunting for everyday actions.
• All three core modules are reachable within two clicks from the main dashboard.
• Layout renders cleanly on large desktop monitors and standard laptops without horizontal scrolling.
