Canvas App & Copilot Bot
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m ready to move from sketches and scattered ideas to a working Power Apps Canvas application that my clients can actually use. The audience is strictly external—current and prospective customers—so the interface needs to be polished, intuitive, and secure. The core workflow we’re calling “Development” will sit at the heart of the app; once inside, users should be able to step through that process end-to-end without back-tracking to email or separate portals.
In parallel, I want a Copilot Studio bot that mirrors the same journey: answer questions, guide users to the right screens, and surface data from the Canvas app in real time. Data will live in Dataverse (unless you recommend a better-suited source that still keeps everything inside the Microsoft 365 ecosystem).
Key points you’ll handle
• Build the Canvas app from scratch, using modern theming, responsive layouts, and role-based security.
• Craft the Copilot Studio bot, connect it to the same data, and test conversational flows that cover the full “Development” process.
• Single sign-on with Azure AD so customers don’t need another login.
• Clean hand-off: commented formulas, exported solutions, and a brief walkthrough so my in-house admin can maintain it.
