Calypso UI Form Customisation
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I am midway through a broking-desk implementation of Calypso and need the application’s on-screen forms reshaped to fit our processes. The core platform is deployed and stable—the missing piece is a set of data-entry forms that match the way our brokers capture trade details, compliance flags and post-trade notes.
Scope of work
• Build or refactor Calypso GUI forms (Java Swing / JIDE) so they present the exact fields, labels and validation rules we specify.
• Wire those forms into existing Calypso workflows so data flows straight through to our trade blotter, STP engine and downstream reporting.
• Apply our colour, font and layout guidelines so the look and feel is consistent with the broader UI.
• Package the changes as a deployable workspace and walk me through the configuration so future environments can pick them up.
Acceptance criteria
– All requested fields appear in the correct order with tab-stop logic working.
– Mandatory / optional status, regex validation and drop-down lists replicate the spec.
– No regression to existing booking, amendment or cancel workflows.
– Deliverables compile cleanly in Calypso 17.x and load without error in UAT.
I can give you a sandbox environment, the XML form definitions we started, and a detailed field matrix. Once the first form passes UAT we will roll the same approach to four additional screens, so clear, well-commented code is important.
Must be familiar with Calypso and demonstrate experience.
