CabChalak B2B Taxi App Upgrade

Job ID: 40155258

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I run CabChalak.in under Sharma Tour & Travel in Delhi. The platform is already live as a working prototype and serves drivers, operators and vehicle owners who handle intercity rides across India. My goal now is to move from “promising prototype” to a polished, production-ready release that these business users can rely on every day.

What’s built so far
• Smart booking feed that pushes new trips in real time
• Core filters for Delhi-NCR within a 50 km radius, price range and vehicle type (Sedan / Hatchback / SUV)
• Accept / reject workflow with customer colour-flags (green, yellow, red)
• Google Maps pickup-drop integration
• Hidden profile toggle, payment request flow and a basic GST invoice generator

Where I need your expertise
1. Audit the existing codebase (mobile and backend) for stability, security and scalability.
2. Refine the UI/UX so drivers and operators can see and act on new bookings instantly—even in low-network areas.
3. Optimise the real-time feed and distance filter so queries inside Delhi-NCR always return in <1 s.
4. Complete the GST invoice module: auto-populate trip data, apply correct CGST/SGST, generate PDF and allow in-app sharing.
5. Harden the Maps flow—accurate route preview, fare confirmation and live ETAs.
6. Prepare the build for launch on Google Play with crash-free analytics and versioned rollout.

Deliverables
• Reviewed, refactored source code with clear comments
• Updated UI screens (Figma or similar) and final in-app implementation
• Fully functional GST invoice PDF creator
• Signed, versioned Android APK ready for store submission
• Short technical hand-off document covering environment setup and future build steps

Acceptance criteria
– All listed features pass manual testing on at least three common Android devices.
– Booking feed and filter response time <1 s for 95 % of requests inside Delhi-NCR.
– No crashes during a 48-hour Firebase Test Lab stress run.
– GST invoices match Indian taxation rules and download/share without failure.

If you have solid experience with real-time app architectures, Google Maps APIs and tax-compliant invoicing for the Indian market, I’d love to see how you can help make CabChalak the professional standard for intercity cab
