Busy Software UI Customization

I need the user interface of my Busy accounting installation refreshed through the Busy Form Editor. The priority is a cleaner, more logical layout and a handful of new interactive elements that streamline day-to-day data entry. I already have several ideas sketched out but no formal mock-ups, so I’ll walk you through the current workflow, explain what slows us down, and share the improvements I have in mind. From there, you can translate those concepts into the actual Busy forms.

What I expect: updated form layouts implemented directly inside Busy, any custom controls or scripts required for the new interactions, and short guidance notes so my in-house team can maintain the changes later.
