Build Vaultrino Rewards App MVP

I need an experienced Android developer or team to turn my concept, Vaultrino, into a production-ready MVP that can start generating revenue from day one. The focus is a clean, corporate-grade interface, rock-solid security, and an architecture that can scale once traction comes in.

Core objectives
• A revenue-driven reward ecosystem backed by Google sign-in (email / OTP can follow later).
• Enterprise-looking UI that still feels light and fast.
• Backend on Firebase with fraud-prevention logic baked in.

MVP feature set I expect to see working end-to-end:
- Google signup/login, wallet with coin balance, daily rewards & streak tracking
- Rewarded ads and offerwall integrations (Tapjoy, OfferToro, AdGem, Unity Ads / ironSource / AdMob)
- Surveys, CPA tasks, referral system, leaderboard, simple mini-games & tournaments
- Redeem flow for UPI, Paytm, or gift-card payouts, plus full transaction history
- Push notifications delivered through Firebase Cloud Messaging
- Web-based admin panel to manage users, rewards, offers, analytics and flag fraud

Deliverable acceptance criteria
1. App installs and logs in with Google on any modern Android device.
2. Coins credit correctly after an ad view, offerwall action, or daily check-in.
3. Redemption triggers a simulated payout and records in history.
4. Admin dashboard lists users, balances, and a basic fraud flag.
5. Codebase is clean, modular and ready for future iOS expansion.
