Branding, Logo & UI Design for Two Education & EdTech Websites Project Description
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We are looking for an experienced designer or design studio to help finalize the visual identity, logo, and user interface of two closely related education-focused websites:
ASENIA – a non-profit educational association focused on digital education and STEM, supporting schools, teachers, and learners through accessible and context-aware educational initiatives.
ASENIA EDTECH – a social enterprise focused on the operational deployment of educational digital solutions, including digital learning tools, offline learning systems, teacher support, and structured educational programs.
Both websites are already built using WordPress, with:
a validated site structure,
clearly defined content (in French),
finalized page hierarchy and navigation.
The objective of this project is to strengthen the visual identity, improve UI consistency, and enhance the overall professional look and feel of both websites, while keeping their missions clearly differentiated.
Scope of Work
1. Visual Identity & Branding
For both entities:
Logo design or refinement
Color palettes
Typography selection
Lightweight brand guidelines (practical and usable)
The two identities must feel visually related, but distinct:
ASENIA → educational, institutional, community-oriented
ASENIA EDTECH → technical, practical, deployment-focused
2. Website UI & Visual Layout
UI design recommendations for key pages:
Home
Activities / Deployments
Solutions / Programs
Visual layout guidance compatible with WordPress themes and builders
Suggestions on spacing, typography hierarchy, and visual rhythm
* No heavy custom development required
* Designs must be realistic and implementable within WordPress
3. Deliverables
Logos (SVG, PNG, and source files)
Color and typography specifications
UI mockups or visual references (Figma, XD, or similar)
Optional: iconography or visual elements
What Is Already Done
The following elements are already completed and should not be redesigned:
Website structure and navigation
Page hierarchy
Written content
Categories and activity architecture
Design work should build on the existing structure.
Required Profile
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience in education, EdTech, NGO, or social impact projects
Understands clean, accessible, and professional design
Can think in terms of coherent visual systems, not isolated pages
Is comfortable working with existing content and structure
A relevant portfolio is required.
Timeline
Initial design concepts: 1–2 weeks
Feedback and refinements: 1–2 weeks
Final delivery: within 4 weeks
Budget
Flexible and open to discussion.
Proposals should include a clear breakdown of deliverables and costs.
Communication
Working language: English or French
Clear communication and structured feedback cycles are expected
Existing Websites (for Reference)
The current versions of both websites are available for context:
ASENIA (non-profit association): https://asenia.sn
ASENIA EDTECH (social enterprise): https://asenia-edtech.com
These websites are provided for reference only.
The scope of work focuses on visual identity and UI design, not content rewriting or technical redevelopment.
Important Note
When applying, please briefly mention one specific improvement you would suggest after reviewing the existing websites.
Designers who take the time to understand the project context before proposing solutions will be prioritized.
