Bilingual Ticketing UI/UX Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I already have the full backend and business logic for a sporting-club ticketing portal; what I need now is the complete user-facing experience. Your task is to craft a clean, minimalistic interface for both desktop and mobile web views that makes booking tickets effortless—the booking flow is the heartbeat of this project.
The site supports Arabic and English, with language switching handled automatically, so every screen must work perfectly in both LTR and RTL. Visuals should lean on high-quality images to capture the excitement of each tournament while keeping the overall layout uncluttered.
Key areas to cover
• Home, tournament catalog, match detail, seat selection, payment, confirmation, and a simple dashboard for managing existing bookings
• Fully responsive breakpoints for common desktop, tablet, and mobile widths
• Mirrored designs for Arabic and English, respecting typography and alignment for each direction
Deliverables
• Source design files in Figma (or Sketch/Adobe XD if you prefer)
• Interactive prototype demonstrating primary user journeys, especially the end-to-end ticket-booking flow
• Component-based style guide with color palette, typography, iconography, and states (hover, disabled, error)
• Export-ready image assets and icon sets
Acceptance
• Every flow is intuitive in both languages with no layout shifts when toggling RTL/LTR
• Booking path—from match selection through confirmation—requires no more than the necessary clicks on mobile and desktop
• Design handoff is tidy: components named consistently, grids and spacing documented, and assets organized
If this sounds like your sweet spot, tell me how you’d approach the bilingual challenge and share a link to a recent web-and-mobile project that shows comparable polish.
