Minimalist UI/UX Designer Needed for Existing HR App & Web Platform
Project Overview:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX designer to redesign our existing HR mobile app and web-based platform. The system is already functional and in daily use. Our goal is to enhance it with a modern, minimalist, and user-friendly interface.
Scope of Work:
Two-way chat system between HR and employees (with PDF/Word file support)
Leave request workflow: Employee → HR → Supervisor → HR
Leave management dashboard with filtering, printing, and Excel export
Separate designs are required for both mobile and web platforms
System Access:
To better understand the flows and structure, you will be provided with a test user login so you can explore the system directly and review the current UX/UI in real use.

The design must be user-centric, clear, and modern.
Deliverables must be provided preferably in Figma (Adobe XD is also acceptable).
Deliverables:
Wireframes and final high-fidelity UI designs
Mobile and web designs as separate flows
(Optional) Interactive prototype
Exportable assets and design system (icons, typography, etc.)
Timeline:
We aim to complete the design process within 2–3 weeks.
