App Optimization for Final Publishing

Hello,
I have attached a file explaining the required updates to the application before publishing it on the app stores.
Brief summary of the requirements:
1) Text Editor (Most Important)
Content written in the dashboard must appear in the mobile app with the exact same formatting.
Currently there are several issues:
Bold and text formatting do not appear.
Paragraphs do not display in the app.
Text is cut after a limited number of characters.
Emojis are not supported.
The editor should fully support text formatting such as:
Bold, Italic, Underline, headings, lists, alignment, and paragraph spacing.

2) Media inside the content
The content area should support:
Images (with size and alignment control)
Video via YouTube or TikTok links or uploaded video
Links inserted within text
Google Maps embed or simple HTML embed when needed.

3) Mobile content display
Content must display properly on mobile with a default text size optimized for mobile screens.
If the text is long, a “Read more” button should appear to open the full text.

4) Additional features
Star rating displayed at the top.
Ability to add a discount (percentage or code).
Duration setting in hours (H in English / س in Arabic).
If no video link is added, the video option should appear disabled.

5) Login / OTP change
Instead of entering a phone number first:
The user enters email.
An OTP is sent to the email for login.
After login, the user completes registration details including phone number.

6) Temporary feature control
I need the ability to temporarily hide certain features (such as comments) until the official launch.

7) System information
Dashboard: PHP (CodeIgniter) with MySQL
iOS: Swift 5
Android: Java
Languages: Arabic and English.
