Project Overview: I want only UI design.This application is designed to serve farmers and vendors by providing a digital platform where:
1. Vendors can list agricultural equipment for rent and manage rental requests.
2. Farmers can search and book equipment listed by vendors or farmers in their area.
3. Farmers can also request services from agri-vendors such as ploughing, harvesting, spraying, etc.
4. Farmers who own equipment can also list their equipment for rent, just like vendors.
The app supports document uploads, payment options, user ratings, and a centralized admin panel for monitoring and control.
User Roles:
• Farmer: Can take equipment on rent, book vendor services, and also list their own equipment for rent.
• Vendor: Can list equipment for rent and manage rental bookings.
• Admin: Manages platform activity, user approvals, listings, payments, and disputes.
Step-by-Step Application Understanding:
Step 1: Login with Role Selection
• Users log in using mobile number or email with OTP/password.
• After login, they select their role:
o "I am a Farmer"
o "I am a Vendor"
• Based on the selection, the app displays role-specific features and dashboards.
Step 2: Farmer Dashboard & Features
• Take Equipment on Rent
o Search equipment by category, location, availability, and price.
o View detailed listings with images, pricing, and owner info.
o Send booking request by selecting date and rental period.
o Receive booking confirmation and pickup the equipment.
o Mark as returned after use and rate the experience.
• Book Vendor Services
o Browse services like Spraying, Tractor Work, Harvesting.
o Add services to cart, choose date, time, and location.
o Send booking request.
o Vendor accepts → Performs service → Marks job as completed.
o Farmer confirms and provides payment.
• Give Equipment on Rent (Farmer as Owner)
o Farmers who own equipment can also list it for rent:
Fill in equipment name, type, and description
Upload images of the equipment
Set rental pricing (hour/day/job-based)
Define availability and pickup location
Submit for admin approval (if required)
o Manage incoming rental requests
o Accept/reject bookings and track rental history
• My Bookings & Rentals
o Track current and past equipment rentals and service bookings.
o Rate vendors and equipment owners.
Step 3: Vendor Dashboard & Features
• Give Equipment on Rent
o Upload new equipment listing:
Name, type, description
Images
Rental pricing (hour/day/job-based)
Availability and location
o Submit for admin approval (if required)
• View Rental Requests
o See all incoming requests from farmers.
o Accept or reject based on availability.
o Coordinate pickup/delivery.
o Mark as returned upon completion.
• Manage Equipment Listings
o Edit, pause, or remove listings.
o Track rental history and performance.
• Ratings & Reviews

• In-app notifications for:

• Optional in-app chat for real-time coordination between farmer and vendor.

• Vendors and farmers can upload:
o KYC documents
o Equipment photos
o Service receipts or work completion proof
• Admin can review and approve uploaded content.
Step 6: Ratings & Reviews
• After every transaction:
o Farmers rate vendors or equipment
o Vendors can also rate farmers
o 1–5 stars with optional comments
o Ratings displayed on listings and profiles
Step 7: Admin Panel
• Admin dashboard to:
o Approve or reject new equipment listings
o Manage user accounts and documents
o Resolve disputes or flag issues
o Generate reports (most rented equipment, top-rated vendors, etc.)
Step 8: Payment Gateway Integration
• Supports UPI and cod.
• Farmers can pay directly in the app for rentals and services.
• Platform deducts commission before releasing payment to vendors.
• Full payment history is visible to farmers, vendors, and admin.
