We are using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) that follows a hierarchical recruitment workflow involving BDE, departmental teams, Team Leads, recruiters, and automated dashboards. The current system requires improvements to enhance workflow efficiency, automation, usability, and data management.
The objective of this project is to analyze the existing ATS workflow and implement enhancements to resolve operational challenges and improve recruitment performance.
