Money rules:

* Tommy keeps recovery profit.
* I keep bodywork profit.
* If a job is Recovery + Bodywork, recovery money and bodywork money must be tracked separately.
* Every job must have expenses/costs entered.
* Fixed costs are only rent and insurance for now.
* Outsourced/referral work can be added later and split 50/50.

When a customer messages Apex Rescue on WhatsApp, they should get an automatic menu:

Reply with 1, 2, or 3.

If they choose 1, create a Recovery enquiry.
If they choose 2, create a Bodywork enquiry.
If they choose 3, create a Recovery + Bodywork enquiry.

All enquiries must appear in Airtable whether they come from:

* Email
* Website form
* Phone/manual entry
* Instagram/Facebook manual entry
* Referral/walk-in manual entry

Important:
I want this to look as close as possible to the screenshots.
Do not make it look like a basic spreadsheet.
Use Airtable Interfaces if possible.
If Airtable cannot make it look close enough, tell me what parts need a custom frontend.
First version must be simple, clean, and focused only on recovery and bodywork.
