Key Features:

Department-wise task visibility — Admin sees all, Employee sees only their department
Employee can assign tasks but edit only their own tasks
Admin Dashboard showing total, pending, overdue, completed task counts
Push notifications — task assigned, due date reminder, overdue alert, status update
Task aging — show number of days task is pending or overdue
