ngenix on Ubuntu - ssl certicates not enabled

After an Ubuntu update, some settings were changed due to the install - ssl certificates are not enabled.

On this AWS Ubuntu, i have 2 environments: test:3000 and prod:3001.
nginix relays properly, but without ssl
