System Administrator with Proxmox Experience
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
We're seeking an experienced System Administrator who brings a blend of expertise in Database & Server Architecture, along with a strong command of Python and Rust programming.
Key Responsibilities:
The System Administrator will be responsible for maintaining the security, health and performance of our server infrastructure, with a commitment to ensuring uptime of no less than 99%. Your day-to-day activities will include, but are not limited to:
*Managing, configuring, and optimizing various server systems.
*Maintaining the security and integrity of the infrastructure, including Cloudflare and PFsense.
*Utilizing RabbitMQ for efficient message queuing.
*Administering and optimizing PostgreSQL databases.
*Utilizing Selenium for web automation and testing.
*Leveraging Warpgate for seamless data transfer.
*Setting up monitoring and visualization with Grafana.
*Employing InfluxDB for efficient data storage.
*Managing virtualization and containers with Proxmox.
*Utilizing ntopng for network traffic analysis.
Must Have Qualifications
You must have the following qualifications:
*Proven experience as a System Administrator with a strong focus on Database & Server Architecture.
*Proficiency in Python and Rust programming.
*Proficiency in SQL.
*Hands-on experience with the tools and technologies listed above.
*Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
*A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends in technology and a willingness to learn and adapt.
*Familiarity with collaboration tools such as GitHub, Slack, and Trello.
*Experience with Selenium Grid
*Experience with dedicated server administration
