Solana RPC Node Expert Needed – Reduce Latency & Optimise Self-Hosting

We’re looking for a skilled developer who understands how to set up, optimise, and reduce latency for Solana RPC nodes in a self-hosted environment. Our primary goal is to achieve the fastest possible response times for our project. If you have hands-on experience configuring and tuning Solana nodes, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
• Analyse our current Solana RPC node setup and pinpoint bottlenecks.
• Implement strategies to lower latency (e.g., server configurations, hardware optimisations, etc.).
• Provide best practices for node maintenance, monitoring, and scalability.
• Advise on any additional infrastructure or software solutions that could further reduce response times.

Qualifications:
• Proven track record with Solana RPC nodes (mainnet or testnet).
• Deep knowledge of networking, server management, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with cloud providers, VPS hosting, or on-premise setups.
• Strong communication skills ability to explain complex issues clearly.
