Proxmox - Reoccuring support and remote system administration

We are a small MSP in Sweden that will deploy Proxmox in a cluster using Cephs.
We want to run a HA-cluster, we have 4 new nodes to start with. We are looking for talents that have experience in Proxmox in a HA-configuration.
The intention is to use SDN
We will sign a support agreement with Proxmox but want to have a couple of talents in different time zones around the globe to turn to on urgent matters as well as for technical advice and to manage upgrades of the cluster and also to help out moving VM´s
The intention is to use Proxmox Backup.
Today we have an old setup with 12 nodes running Virtuozzo (using KVM), this cluster have VM´s (Windows,Linux) as well as some containers that should be moved over to Proxmox ASAP. We have script to export the VM´s
We want to be able to mail, chat and video meetings with you and we see this as an cooperations over time, not just one time job and want to pay by hour. Please respond with a suggestion on price.
