I'm seeking an experienced C programmer to develop a modular, multithreaded string processing pipeline for Ubuntu 24.04/gcc13. This project is complex and requires deep expertise in systems programming.

Core Requirements:
- Advanced C programming with pthreads
- Producer-consumer queues with proper synchronization
- Dynamic loading (dlopen/dlsym)
- Custom monitor implementation (stateful condition variables)
