I'm seeking an expert C programmer to develop a modular, multithreaded string processing pipeline on Ubuntu 24.04 with gcc 13. This project is complex and requires advanced systems programming skills.

Core Requirements:
- Advanced C programming with pthreads
- Producer-consumer queues with proper synchronization
- Dynamic loading (using dlopen/dlsym)
- Custom monitor implementation
- Plugin-based architecture with shared libraries

Deliverables:
