Multi-Server Infrastructure Setup for Social Media Schedule System & Documentation
Budget: $25 – $50 SGD
I am looking for an experienced DevOps / SysAdmin to help me set up a multi-server infrastructure to run https://github.com/gitroomhq/postiz-app script. Each major component should run on a separate server to ensure optimal performance, stability, and scalability
Scope of Work:
✅ Setup & Configure Multi-Server Infrastructure, including:
- Load Balancer Server → Efficiently distribute traffic
- Frontend Server → Run the UI (React/Next.js or similar)
- Backend Server → Handle API & business logic
- Database Server → Manage data storage (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
- Redis Server → Handle caching & queue management
- Backup Server → Automate backups & disaster recovery
✅ Optimization & Scaling → Ensure smooth performance as traffic grows
✅ Security Hardening → Configure firewall, SSL, and DDoS protection
✅ Monitoring & Logging→ Ensure all components are properly monitored
✅ Complete & Detailed Documentation → (IMPORTANT!)
Why I Need Documentation:
The documentation is extremely important because:
1. I want to understand the setup process so that I can manage and maintain the system in the future.
2. If I hire another developer in the future they must be able to follow the documentation to troubleshoot or improve the system.
3. Backup & Recovery procedures must be clear, so I can restore the system quickly in case of failure.
4. Step-by-step instructions must be detailed, including all configuration files, commands, and dependencies.
Documentation Must Cover:
- Server provisioning & installation (How to set up each server from scratch)
- Configuration settings (For Load Balancer, Frontend, Backend, Database, Redis, etc.)
- Scaling strategy (How to add more servers if needed)
- Security settings (Firewall rules, SSL setup, best practices)
- Monitoring setup (How to track system performance & logs)
- Backup & Recovery steps (How to restore the system in case of failure)
Requirements:
? Expertise in Docker, Traefik/Nginx, Kubernetes, or Docker Swarm
? Experience managing Hetzner Cloud or similar cloud providers
? Strong knowledge of Load Balancing, Scaling & High Availability
? Ability to provide clear, step-by-step documentation
