# Project: Migrate Websites Between Two Contabo VPS Servers (HestiaCP + Ubuntu)

## Project Overview

I have **2 Contabo VPS servers**, both running:

* Ubuntu
* Hestia Control Panel
* Multiple websites (mostly WordPress, but there may be other PHP websites)
* MySQL/MariaDB databases
* SSL certificates
* Email accounts

I want to **merge everything onto one VPS** so I can cancel the second server.

The destination VPS is already running and contains websites that **must remain untouched**.

## Scope of Work

The freelancer will:

* Audit both VPS servers.
* Migrate all websites from Server B to Server A.
* Preserve all existing websites on both servers.
* Migrate:

* Website files
* Databases
* Users
* Email accounts and mail data
* SSL certificates (or reinstall Let's Encrypt if necessary)
* DNS settings where required
* Cron jobs
* FTP accounts
* Ensure there are no conflicts between existing users, domains, or databases.
* Test every migrated website.
* Fix any migration issues.
* Minimize downtime during migration.
* Provide a rollback plan in case of problems.

* Operating System: Ubuntu
* Control Panel: Hestia Control Panel
* Source VPS: Existing production server
* Destination VPS: Existing production server with live websites

## Requirements

The freelancer should have strong experience with:

* Hestia Control Panel
* Ubuntu/Linux administration
* Nginx + Apache
* PHP
* MySQL/MariaDB
* DNS
* SSL/Let's Encrypt
* Website migration
* VPS administration

Previous experience migrating HestiaCP servers is highly preferred.

## Deliverables

* All websites running correctly on a single VPS.
* All databases functioning properly.
* Email accounts working.
* SSL certificates active.
* No data loss.
* Existing websites on the destination VPS remain fully operational.
* Verification that everything works before the old VPS is decommissioned.
