MacOS SSH Key Generation Assistance

I've been trying to generate a new ssh key on my Mac, but keep running into an error whenever I attempt to use it for gitlab. I've attempted to follow a number of online tutorials, but so far I've been unable to rectify the issue. It's specifically a problem when I'm connecting to Github.
