Help needed to install github runner on ubuntu

Need help as i am getting errors. either permission denied or can not execute binary file or should not use sudo.

New to Linux environment. This installation on ubuntu Raspberry pi.

Dont want trial and error, only ping if you are famiiar with this issue.
