Gstreamer script to stream unlimited simultaneously video files.

I have Janus gateway WebRTC installed on my ubuntu server, I need it only for one reason that is to stream video files in WebM from as I have understood from Jauns documentations. I can run gstreamer to stream 3 videos simultaneously, I need someone who has good knowledge in Janus gateway and gstreamer to create for me a script that can video streams as much as I need and scan which ports are open or not used to use them for the stream. And also the Ports that were open for streaming and the video file have ended to close that port and make it available.
